Team Leader

Remuneration:        £27,540

Main responsibilities:

  1. To ensure the high standard and high quality Housing, Support and Resettlement services in your area of work.
  2. To ensure Support staff are supported to deliver effective Housing and Support services to all residents and clients as appropriate.
  3. To ensure the Health & Safety and Safeguarding of clients and staff.  This includes being involved in the safety and security of our buildings with the Team Manager.

A full time, permanent role supporting clients to address their issues and move on to more independent accommodation

Anti Social Behaviour Officer

Place of Work:   O’Hanlon House &The Old Music Hall

Remuneration:  £24,000 to £26000

Reports to:         Housing services manager

Responsible for:

  1. Being the lead on strategies that effectively manage Anti-Social Behaviour, support positive relationships with clients and local communities.
  2. The case management of all high-risk anti-social behaviour
  3. To take the lead of all litigation matters relating to anti-social behaviour, including abuse and exploitation

Casual Support Worker

Place of Work (O’Hanlon House) (Zero Hours)

Remuneration:    £9.97per Hour

Reports to:          Team Leader

Responsible for:  Supporting clients residing in the hostel and with preparation to move on.

Individual Giving Officer

Place of Work      O'Hanlon House for a minimum of 2 days per week, some homeworking considered.

Remuneration:              £28,000 per Annum

Reports to:                    Head of Fundraising & Communications

Responsible for:  The Individual Giving Officer works with the Fundraising Manager to deliver our individual giving program to
maximise income from individual donors. With the support of the fundraising team, the post holder will work
on both donor recruitment and retention activities, across several different income streams, including
Regular Giving, and legacies and be championed to meet an income target of £300,000 in income
annually. You will support the delivery of a calendar of fundraising campaigns and activities across digital
and traditional channels, including direct mail, face to face, social media and email. The position requires
someone with a can-do attitude who is both creative and analytical. You will have a passion for excellence
in supporter care, and a strong team ethic in working across the Fundraising team and charity as a whole..

Partnerships Fundraising Executive

Place of Work      O'Hanlon House at least 2 days per week, some homeworking considered

Remuneration:            £30,000 per Annum

Closing Date:               November 21st

Reports to:                   Head of Fundraising & Communications

Responsible for: The purpose of this key position within the Homeless Oxfordshire fundraising team is to inspire others to engage with the charity in order to raise funds through partnerships with corporates,
trusts and individuals. With the support of the fundraising team, the post holder will be championed
to meet an income target of £120,000.

Head of Support Services - Temporary

Place of Work      Based at offices at O’Hanlon House Hostel, with periodic travel to other project and offices in and around Oxford City. This role is also occasionally required to work in other services and offices.

Remuneration:            £40-48,000 per Annum

Reports to:                   CEO

Responsible for:

The Head of Services is primarily responsible for leading and managing:

  1. The successful delivery of high quality support service provision across the hostel and community based projects
  2. The implementation and management of commissioned contracts
  3. Working with the senior management team to shape services to align with new Alliance based model
  4. The professional development of staff employed to deliver our services

You are also required to be the safeguarding lead across Homeless Oxfordshire
