The difference it makes

Provides

someone with new clothes and underwear. Just a small way to give someone confidence and make them feel human again.

Ensures

someone gets three healthy meals a day for a week. Nutritional food is hard to come by for a person who is rough sleeping, starting with the basics can really help someone to thrive. 

Develops

someone's individual support plan, including activities allowing them to build on their existing skills. This is what we call a 'strengths-based' approach.

Enables

someone to get their autonomy back. When they're ready to move on, we provide people with a full 'moving in box'. This includes all of the essentials they will need to get started (such as appliances).

Every person that has a place in a challenge will receive a free t shirt, and support from our fundraising team who are full of ideas, and will also give moral support!
