Rough sleeping in Oxford has gone up 400% since 2012.

Over 100 households a month now approach Oxford City Council identifying as homeless.

Homelessness is a social issue:
money issues, family breakdown, addiction, health problems or a criminal history can escalate from a personal crisis into homelessness.

Homelessness is a structural and economic issue triggered by increased rents in the private sector, unaffordable housing, compounded by austerity and the effects of years of funding cuts.
